Reasons to start a blog
1. Because you've found yourself once more stuck in a temp office job in the city and it's easier writing non-work-related shit than doing anything else non-work-related. At least when you type it looks like you're working.
2. Because secretly you want to be the next Belle de jour but without having to shag strangers for money. Formatting documents for strangers for money seems a lot easier and with far less call for waxing the ladygarden.
3. Because your friends are sick of you moaning about all crap you put up with at work and keep suggesting you quit without realising that you secretly get some kind of masochistic kick out of it. So you decide to moan to the world at large instead.
4. Because your friend's mum loved reading your group emails when you were travelling the world last year. And every time you speak to your friend she says that her mum keeps asking when you'll be travelling overseas again so she has something to read.
